Yes, I am in-network with BCBS and Cigna. For self-pay clients, a superbill can be provided to submit to insurance for out-of-network benefits.

Sessions are scheduled weekly, biweekly or monthly depending on your individual needs and goals.

LCPC stands for Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, PMH-C stands for Perinatal Mental Health Certification and NCC stands for National Certified Counselor.

Perinatal mental health refers to mental health diagnoses during pregnancy and up to one year after giving birth. These include perinatal depression, anxiety, OCD, Bipolar disorder and psychosis.
